Obviously reciting 10 digits every single check in is not the end of the world. I'm annoyed something broke ~6 months ago and seemingly never getting fixed. You'd think that even if my reservations don't have a phone # that a hotel entering it would then "fix" whatever is broken. I've had agents try to update my address in the past (when my account was in one state but my DL was still in another). They told me that updates my profile. I stopped them from making the change so I'm not sure if that would have updated my profile or not. But by that logic then the first hotel that wanted my phone # should have had that 'stick'.

Yup. Happening to me as well for roughly 4-5 months. I also find it extremely annoying during check-in when all this info is right in my profile. I actually refuse to give them a number at check-in...I refer them to look at my profile if they need the number again. It is clearly a system issue that seems to be occurring to some Bonvoy guests. Marriott really needs to take this issue up and get it fixed.
