Correct, American Express eliminated the restaurant feature in 2019: AMEX Priority Pass will exclude Restaurants (August 2019) If your American Express card is issued in another country the timing might have been different. If you opened you American Express account after the feature was removed, there may not have been any notice, but if you logon to prioritypass.com, or the Priority Pass app, the restaurants should not be listed. If you look without logging in you would still see restaurants.
