Properties with no changes (business as usual):

  • Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana / Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana
  • Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos
  • Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta
  • Jewel Grande (will eventually move to Hyatt Inclusive Collection)
  • Seadust Cancun (will eventually move to Hyatt Inclusive Collection)
Properties with no immediate changes, but likely rebranding to Hyatt Inclusive Collection within the next 30–90 days (we’ll update you as more details become available):
  • Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana
  • Wyndham Alltra Samana
  • Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen
Properties that are no longer part of our portfolio (these were managed and have left Playa/Hyatt)
