Hotel yes, EU comp depends for reason on the delay (LIS often has ATC congestión?). If next day IB flight prob still have to DIY collect bags and bring to hotel.

Would you want those 6pm/8pm Wizzair/Ryanairs anyway? If so prob self collect bags then DIY over to T2.
