Is the pool at The Westin still set at Arctic stream temperatures? Last time I was there my kids could hardly go into the water which is a shame as the pool rivals some resort hotels'.

Westin was a much better property than JW in my experience. Glad to see they have updated to the new Westin bedding.
This is a little surprising as they are both managed by the same company, YTL.
