I'd have thought if large numbers of flights from Europe are being delayed like this, then the connecting flights will be held back. Of course I can't say this for certain, but a couple of years ago when there was ad weather in Europe, we arrived after our connecting flight to SIN should have left and it was still held back for another ninety minutes so, the announcement said, that connecting passengers could make it.

I see yesterdays flight from Dublin left on time and following the Egypt route arrived 53 minutes late.
