Some cheap Champagne for Americans and others who don't know and will drink it because it's Champagne (and some will fill their Stanley mugs with it to have some "to go" - seen that recently), and some excellent Saumur or Crémant for those in the know? Nobody will accuse them of cost cutting, even though it actually is.
