not sure if there are RJ staff in ARN I could talk to in person as well. Arriving there tonight so have lots of time tomorrow.

Give ARN airport office a call on
46-(0)8-555 691 42 or failing that the city office at 46-(0)8-555 691 42. Ask them to reroute you on direct DOH flight on QR (prep the flight number and date in advance), whether they will entertain it is another question. Talking to gotogate is useless in my experience, its not the best OTA out there.
The RJ staff would probably only be at the airport a few hours before the RJ flight, and with the situation I expect there to be 100+ people turning up for the flight not knowing what to do.
The situation at the moment is that they don't want to cancel the flight until the last minute, and they are even selling tickets for today's flights. Based on the https://qaiairport.com/en/flight-inf...epartures.aspx , they are boarding for some flights as we speak, but no flights have departed AMM yet today.
