Im on an RJ ticketed ARN-AMM-DOH-CMB route tomorrow/monday (RJ/QR/QR metal). Booked with OTA (gotogate / booking.com)
As everything is very much in flux right now (and I’m not even sure I want to go via AMM! Getting stuck there would not be ideal). Would like to re route via somewhere else if possible.
are there any tips for how best to try and interact with RJ? Email? Call? Be proactive or wait until a flight is cancelled? Or will only the OTA touch this ticket?
not sure if there are RJ staff in ARN I could talk to in person as well. Arriving there tonight so have lots of time tomorrow.
