Massive devaluation, to say the least. I can see the benefit of using 6-7k miles on the low-cost upgrades, but the transcons and international routes in particular will be unattainable if this is pegged off cash offers. As others have noted, perhaps people won’t go for the offers as most don’t have a ton of miles laying around for an upgrade.
