I have to vote this is a horrid change. I have an award trip ticketed in J early next year. Price was under 110k pp. The website is offering an upgrade to F on the one flight segment that has it for $4,224 pp OR 422.3k miles. One upgrade at 422.3k miles, when I can book the entire trip (with that segment in F) for 232k miles. And include F in the other direction as well for the same 232k - just altering to flights that offer an F cabin. Hmmm - gotta jump on that offer! lol
