Just finished a 1 night stay here to finish off our Japan trip. Some perspectives that may help others, especially those are considering this for Disney.
A. We transferred here after a 2 night package stay at Disney Miracosta. It is very easy to navigate the monorail and an easy 5 minute walk from the station to the hotel. There’s a “shuttle bus” to the hotel, but it only runs every 20 minutes and unnecessary as the walk is easy even with a bunch of suitcases.
B. Our Rooms were available at 2:15PM — one on points and one paid (because I needed three beds). They only offered 1PM checkout as we were checking out on a Friday. No big deal as we needed to get to airport.
C. The club lounge is huge with a good breakfast and appetizer spread. Alcohol selection was meh, so don’t expect miracles there.
D. As titanium, they offered comp breakfast for 4 at the Galleria Cafe. As noted upthread, this was an excellent breakfast buffet that ranked #3 out of the 5 hotels we stayed at in Japan (the Osaka station was far and away #1 with the Hyatt Regency Kyoto being #2).
E. The teppenyaki restaurant was *wonderful*. It is on the pricey side (although not awful for Tokyo), but the service and food quality was worth it.
F. We took the limo bus to HND and strongly recommend it. It’s cheap — Y1,300 per person — and very comfortable. Word of caution, it takes almost 90 minutes from the Sheraton to HND Terminal 3 as it stops at *every* hotel on Disney property.
