THIS is the time to differentiate the JPR from the CSR. I will actually cancel my CSR if they keep the same benefits, as I wouldn't cancel my JPR due to the difficulty in getting it back...but these changes lately are rather poor, especially for NY card holders (our auto rental insurance became secondary with the coverage change earlier, and the travel insurance turns out to be a bit weaker on the new carrier as well).
