You will have access at SFO too. Boarding pass to PUJ will say United Business. Boarding pass from SFO will say United First, but you can scan that for UC entry as long as both flights are on the same itinerary.
If flying in Y as a United *G would there only be access at the last domestic airport. I.e. ORD-EWR-LHR would a United Premier Gold only have lounge access in EWR?
