If AA expand this new 0.9 cents / mile valuation then who would ever get an AA credit card or use Bask bank when you can get 2.65 - 5.0 cents per dollar cash back on many credit cards
There have to be some redemptions at 3-5 cents per mile value or the whole house of cards starts to collapse.
