I had a reservation for later this year booked Via Hilton
Frustrating that Hilton took my booking only a few days ago knowing this would not be a Hilton hotel for my stay.
I also can't cancel the reservation any more through Hilton's website , so I have to figure out how to email Hyatt.


Here's the email I got today
