That's not the message I am getting.
My company buys Simon cards all the time for gifts. They know how many we get, and I suspect it is not hard to find if all the cards purchased are being zeroed out within a week of purchase.
The poster who reported what a rep said seems to be indicating that if that happens, especially with $500-$1000 cards, that they will take steps.
(Our cards are in the $25-$50 range each, so no issues that I foresee)
