AF would be better serving a good Saumur, crémant d'Alsace or de Loire (for example; there are more) rather than a bad champagne, don't you think?
In fact, they should promote such excellent sparkling wines to tell people around the world, that there is more than Champagne in France.
I live near Saumur and can tell you that some Saumur wines have beaten Champagne wines numerous times in international competitions.
