• For Green Members, lounge passes are only available to Members or their travel companion on flights operated and marketed by CPA.
• For Silver Members, lounge passes are only available to their travel companions on flights operated and marketed by CPA.
• For Gold members, lounge passes are only available to their travel companions or the Member’s Redemption Group Nominees on flights operated and marketed by CPA.
• For Diamond Members, lounge passes are only available to their travel companions or the Member’s Redemption Group Nominees on flights operated and marketed by CPA.

From 26JUN:

• For Green and Silver Members, lounge passes are only available to Members or their travel companion on flights operated or marketed by Cathay Pacific.
• For Gold and Diamond Members, lounge passes are only available to the Member, their travel companion or their Redemption Group Nominees on flights operated or marketed by Cathay Pacific.

Noticed a key terminology difference (CPA to Cathay Pacific), and all tiers say "lounge passes available to the member", so maybe its just for codeshares? Hopefully its not lounge access tho
