I really didn't expect the last one. I have not found any other way to get the same mileage sum. So don't top up your cards.
I talked to them, because I needed to increase my limit for the month and the negative miles was a mistake and shouldn’t happen anymore.
In addition they informed me, that for Luxembourg residents the insurances of the card are not applicable for the moment. Apparently there are talks now between Beobank and Brussels Airlines about it but for the moment you are not covered.
