Since Amex MQD postings on delta.com are not based on individual transactions, the answer would generally be no (they usually post within 2 days, but they can group multiple Amex transactions in one posting) and not really worth the effort in my opinion. I suppose if you only used your card infrequently so that there were at least 3 or 4 days between every transaction, it would not be too challenging as it is likely each transaction will generate a separate posting. Note that returns and refunds will be subtracted from any spending before posting and if there is not sufficient new spend to cover a refund they will post MQD subtractions to delta.com.

There are fairly simple ways to compare year to date instead of trying to compare individual Amex transactions and postings on delta.com. One way is to take Amex statement base miles earned year to date (2186 below) and divide by 10 for MQDs for Reserve card and then add to Amex $2500 MQD Headstart and compare to DL total. They should be close. The base miles earned reflects eligible spend year to date in dollars and will have returns and refunds subtracted out.

You can also use the Amex spend tracker for unlimited Sky Club access and divide that number by 10 and then add $2500 for Headstart. This will be more up to date than the miles earned in statements. Since the MQD posts are rounded up, the MQD total on delta.com should be slightly higher as below --- 227+2500 = 2727.
