LAS-BKK costs 37.5k AA or AS miles plus $17.40 (varies slightly based on routing) in economy.
Meanwhile, BKK-ICN-<stopover>LAS is 44k DL miles and about $100 (priced in TBH). I assume other Skyteam airlines that permit stopovers are in the same ballpark in terms of miles, but some have extremely high taxes/fees.

If we back $120 in taxes/fees out of my $1200 estimate, that brings your numerator down to $1080.
1080 / 81,500 = 1.31 cpm

IMO, 1.3 cpm is decent (though certainly nothing to write home about) in the current environment, especially if getting rid of DL miles is involved.

But, if you end up using VS miles on the inbound and the fees are $300, that puts you down into 1.1 cpm territory, and your UR points are worth much more than this, due to their flexibility.

ETA: I finally got around to searching for LAS-BKK on KE with Google Flights. It's coming in at less than $900, but without the stopover on the inbound (as I mentioned above, I'd probably book that through a bucket shop and let them finesse the stopover for me).
