Platinum and up can elect ¥1200 per night (sort of US$10) up to two guests in room. It can be used for any meal or drinks. My partner is not a breakfast person so they let me use both vouchers each morning to cover the ¥2000 breakfast charge (buffet with a good variety).

There are few interesting restaurants in the neighborhood but it's across the street from a JR Rail (Nido) station so you can get around pretty easily.
Breakfast stuff perhaps at the restaurants? (if breaky isn't incl in hotel)
