Yep. Just one leg, all legs, just two legs, etc. While all the flights still had availability, I at least had a leg to stand on when saying they should change my flights for free. Now, since my first Transatlantic flight no longer has I class, any attempts to change the last leg will be against general policy. I have had success in the past getting a good agent to help, so maybe I'll try again in a few days.
I just couldn't cancel my original flight since my itinerary visits some cities without a lot of options and had any of the availability been phantom, I would have been SOL.

Edit, the availability of the outbound segment is back, so if anyone has any ideas, other than HUCA for the 6th time now.

And now the inbound flight I wanted to book is no longer available. I think the spirits are trying to tell me to stick with my flight I guess.

Edit: And I found availbility as far as EWR two days later, spend two hours on an online chat through three agents only to be told it's going to cost me an additional 152,000 miles to make the change. Gotta love customer service.
