Unlike in SIN I don't think HKIA has the same rights as CAG to move someone to another terminal which they did with 3K (and see what that has caused) - but if they did, that probably explains why UO was shafted.
Not sure what AAHK’s thinking - SQ deserves to be royally moved to T2 for CAG exiling CX to SIN T4.
