We finished out first year with GeoBlue and renewed for another year. Now in month 16. Haven’t had any major claims but plenty of smaller ones including annual maintenance and checkups during a short visit stateside, and tele physical therapy overseas.
Overall claim process and customer service are satisfactory. Had one snafu that took time to resolve, but not unusual for an insurance company.
Website and app could be better. E.g., claims submitted on app can only be seen on app, and don’t show on website, and vice versa.
Overall satisfied.
