The above link seems to indicate that you will only earn miles if you book on the AS website. Is this not a full fledged partnership? Is there something I am missing?
Unfortunately, you won't earn segments towards Elite status either.

"Flights purchased on AlaskaAir.com and operated by Philippine Airlines do not count towards the Alaska Airlines minimum segment requirement to earn elite status."
