Got my return sorted!

I found the Exec Gold number and called that at 12:30 to check if this would be the right number. The person that picked up said he'd be happy to help me but there's still 25 minutes until the bookings open so he'll call me back closer to the time. With 5 minutes to go he called and got my info and sorted everything out for me super quickly. It was a lot less stressful going through the call centre, especially as he was doing it he was saying "I've never failed on this and I won't today" haha.

I called the 0800 at the top of this link but they also list the numbers for the other Exec Club statuses so it might be worth calling them like I did a bit in advance and see if they can call you back https://www.headforpoints.com/2024/0...hone-number-2/
