Thank you for sharing your experience with this. Booked a flight with my family and MIL. Just find out my MIL's passport expires 2 weeks short of 6 months (e.g. January 3 - today is June 12. Just missed it!). Anyways, read that Korea actually doesn't require 6 month validity but Korean Air does. Panicked until I read this thread.

Did you bring any printed information with you to the KE check in desk?
