I have an upcoming stay in early July that no longer shows up on my reservations on the Hyatt website or app. Just got a missed call + email today asking to speak to me about this upcoming reservation. When I called back to guest services, I was informed that its no longer bookable via Hyatt but my reservation + rate will be honored. And I will continue to earn TQNs and points for the reservation. I'll probably send an email to my concierge to confirm this information in writing.
