BA is the only option with F, so that's probably the best. They throw a hodgepodge of aircraft, so you may end up with club suites, you may not.
AA now has their new suites operating the route, so I'd argue that's the best J from a hard product perspective.
I'm not a fan of Polaris (the aisle seats are really exposed), and their food could do with some work, but their Polaris lounge at ORD is arguably better than AA's FL.
It depends on what you value, Service/Food (BA), hard product (AA), or lounge (UA)
