The Hilton is terrible. It used to be a decent hotel but some of the guests it attracts now can be shocking (so I assume how it markets itself). People in the lounge trying to get as much free booze down their necks as they can- and descending like locusts on the food. I have seen fights in the lounge! Constant insta shoots and picture taking with no consideration of any other guests.

The hotel also has recurring issues with lack of hot water.

It will need a massive refit to be anywhere near the level of an intercontinental.
