Slow internet is totally unforgivable in a brand new Thai property; that kind of cheapness is going to come through in other areas.
Technically, only second tallest after Magnolias Icon Siam (but within a few feet of #1). Standard occupies only floors 6-18, so not really meaningful in any event.
As far as I know this isnt a new hotel just new to hyatt. I am sure they will fix the internet soon enough, they seemed very adaptive to feedback
