I'm trying to use my $250 Venture credit on DL. I booked a Delta Main seat on a flight through the Cap1 portal. I was able to change one leg of the flight, so I think that reservation should now be under Delta's control. When I go to cancel the flight, however, it says

You are eligible for a refund back to the original form of payment but please note, refunds may take up to 7 days to process.
And on the sidebar it says the 24 Hour Cancellation Policy is available. I booked the flight Sunday, changed it Monday at 9 pm local time, and now it is Wednesday morning. I was under the impression the 24 Hour Cancellation would go away at midnight the day after I changed the flight.
Am I doing something wrong?
