Checked in on a one night stay, looked before arrival that3 stabdard suites were available and checked again in the lobby and one standard suite available but at check in not one was available. No problem I go to my room and look a d sure enough a standard suite was available.

Not going to beg for a suite but I despise hotels that play games...

Anyways I was suprised to be just given my key and thats it, no one escorted to the room like at the standard or the hyatt regency not even pointed to the elevator.... no explanations of hotel facilities either.

The pool is beautiful but service seemed very off there.

Happy to have tried this but I wont be returning here as a globalist there is little for me, better service at the Hyatt place and the standard just my 2 cents
