I just had a weird one. I called the Australian BA customer service number (+61) 1300 767 177 to try and book a reward flight. The person I was chatting to said sorry we can't help you but here's a different number you can call and proceeded to give me a US number. When I called it, an automated voice started saying things like congratulations you've won some free random item, if you want to claim it press 1 otherwise press 2. I press 2 and it's another random prize winning thing and asked me to give some information so I just hung up. I ended up calling back the Australian number but by then the flights were already sold out.

Does anyone know the correct number to call at midnight GMT to talk to someone about booking a return flight with avios to combine it with the outbound one I already have booked?
