Apparently 15/16 and 10/11 at T1 are much like 4/5. Only a gate area for one of each pair.

By the way, I have always pictured SFO having just one area for immigration upon international arrival. If I want to meet up with someone heading for passport control, I take it it doesn't matter whether the flight arrives at A or G?
