AS 2250 GEG-PDX-No PDB

Both flights had full beverage service in the air but nothing on the ground despite plenty of time--I did drop a note to Customer Care. There seems to be a slight trend based on my experience as well as the data points in this thread that the Horizon operated flights are starting to drop PDB service more regularly or just serving the minimum--water....I specifically asked Customer Care (via online form) if there was a policy change and Horizon Air flights were no longer participating in the PDB service (knowing full well that the answer should be yes...lol).
