I must be lucky, considering that I'm almost never sent to secondary because of shoes.

For those of you who wear shoes with soles and heels less than 1" and are STILL required to remove them or undergo extra screening, be sure to file a complaint, both with the local TSA Federal Security Director (FSD)'s office and the national TSA Contact Center.

If enough of us complain, perhaps the Shoe Carnival airports will wise up and follow the correct policy. There's strength in numbers.
