I also know Avios can be a great use, so long as it's not a flight with taxes to eternity! Hyatt has low redemptiions and is the best for me, for sure, but everyone is different. Still, read the thread above, and also search travel posts from people.
Delta flights themselves are high at times. They get the "Sky Pesos" nickname for cause.
