I wish I could have told you earlier; this is quite a story. I almost learned the hard way, but something made me ask about tolls. I have an ezpass and I went back and forth about adding the car to the account, even called ezpass and was able to. Since I'm familiar ( and originally from) with the area, I knew there are always toll issues when renting or driving. That question ultimately saved me. I'm glad you got your refund because these rental companies can be difficult to deal with.
