What did Marriott change in the last ~6 months or so? I think their FOSSE/MASHA app is broken. Every single hotel I check into wants a "good phone number for you" from the front desk agent. And they type it into the system.
My profile has always had a phone number with it. They tell me it's not copying over in any of the reservations and this is happening to everyone, not just me.
In May/June I take a multi-week trip that has me at a different hotel every single night. You can imagine how annoying it is to be asked for a "good phone number" at check-in each night; especially when Marriott already has this info!
Anyone else seeing this?

I had this a couple of times last month, though not every time. All Canadian hotels, though I'm not sure that it matters.
