The fare rules are very clear that this fare can be cancelled and changed without charge.

Please keep this for reference because these fares might only be available on aircanada.com. Published "NC" fares from Europe are typically non-refundable and changes incur a €250 fee but this fare seems to be fully flexible so good for you.
