I booked 2 nights for my early arrival into the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel.

Checked in at 6.30am with no problem.

However, was only credited with a 1 night stay. The reservation clearly shows a 2 night stay.
I emailed the property and they said early arrivals on Day 2, even when booked as 2 nights, do not earn credit for 2 nights but only 1.

Is this correct?
