If it's one ticket, then you go through passport control and transfer security in BRU and then on to your next gate. Bags will be transfered automatically.
2h10 is enough time to connect. From the furthest point in the non-Schengen terminal to the furthest point in the Schengen terminal is 1.75km, so you'll have to walk no more than 20 min.
Both airlines are in Star Alliance FWIW.
