I would not rely on the summary and suggest you read the full fare rules available before payment. For ex-Canada fares the cancellation fee on Business Lowest is typically in the $600 range. If the full fare rules state it's fully refundable that's a great deal. Save the full fare rules as proof as they are often difficult to find later.
But it the summary worked in your favor you can probably use that against them if you were to need to.
Happened to me a long time ago, back (before branded fares) when they had B fares out of FRA which had a change fee, but with a summary that mentioned free change. Agent would let me change for free when I would point this out to them. Claiming that they were doing me a favor because of status, but I knew better.
