Only learned that my 200K+ points (including points I had purchased) were gone when I logged in to my account so see the last time I had a sign up bonus from the Chase Bonvoy card. When I finally got a hold of someone in customer service to see if it was possible to get them reinstated, there was no sympathy, no thanks for being a member, just nope (with a sucks for you attitude). Needless to say, I will do everything I can to never stay at a Marriott property when I travel.
I'm having trouble connecting the dots between you losing your points and Covid. Covid was 4 years ago. You say you also have a Chase Bonvoy card. In 4 years you neither stayed at a Marriott hotel or charged anything on your Chase Marriott card, or am I missing something?
