Hello! Lurker on here and thinking of flying AC for the first time in many years. Mods: if a thread already exists, I’m sorry! Please move this post where needed.

I would like to fly from Europe in J next year. I can see that AC has a Business Lowest and a Business Flexible fare, with the former advertised as offering a refund against a fee.

However, when I do dummy bookings on several dates next year, I see that the Business Lowest fare offers Refunds and No Fee Changes: Is this correct or is it a glitch? Or is there something I’m missing? Because it seems that there would be no benefit to purchasing the more expensive ticket… thank you!

Example here. The Lowest fare is $3.5k cheaper than the Flexible.
