Outside of DL insiders, I don't think anyone knows unless there's someone who tracked HMVs (heavy maintenance visits) in 2019. (HMVs are required once every six years; the reason for the current retirements is that DL has decided it's not worth the money to put these 30+ year old airframes through another round of them.)
....and....currently there are 3 frames "out of service" doing some kind of maintenance: 2 at ILN (a "D" 40 days in), (an "S" 35 days in), and 1 at QRO (a "D" 16 days in). This will probably allow 3 ,more 752's to be retired this summer (soon), as the 3 return to service. I would guess the frequency is totally dependent on how many A321neos will be arriving this summer / fall to be swapped in replacing more 752's.
