Transfer to Turkish appears to be broken, no help from Marriott

Found myself in a very annoying and unfortunate situation .
I transferred about 200K points to TK miles on May 29th (my spouse 60K next day from her Bonvoy to her TK). I have done such transfers multiple times before, usually miles post within 3 days.
It's been 10 days and no miles have posted to my TK account (same for my spouse).

I tried to resolve this with Ambassador support. OMG! It's like they intentionally doing their best to drive me crazy. Every time I contact them - get a response from a new person.
Responses fall in one of three categories:
- everything is perfect on our side, go to Turkish (classic)
- let me look into that (and then never follow up)
- the case was created on June 5th (and then the next response would never mention that created case)

It is clear no one is actually doing anything, just cooking something to mark "responded" depending on the mood. I redeemed points for an award. It was never delivered / fulfilled. How is that ok just to brush me off? I requested refund of my points if miles could not be delivered - they simply ignored my request.

If this is the level of support Ambassador member gets I'm scared to imagine what a regular member would receive.

The fact that miles gone missing from both mine and my spouse accounts makes me believe the link between Marriott and TK must be broken or some kind of glitch.

Anyways would appreciate any advise/help how to handle this. This already cost me $5200 out of pocket (as award availability gone and had to purchase revenue tickets), but I need to get my points back or finally get miles posted.
